The position of Family Partnership Worker works closely with Nurse Home Visitor, enrolled clients and their families to ensure the effective operation of scheduled home visits. The Family Partnership Worker provides advice on a broad range of cultural issues and ensures the observance of appropriate cultural protocols. The Family Partnership Worker is responsible for building support for the program in the community, for enrolment of referred clients into the program, and for supporting nurses in building and maintaining a culturally appropriate and effective relationship with their clients.
