This position will work in partnership with parents to strengthen parental capacity and family relationships and to increase parental engagement in their children’s education. Using a Case Management model aiming to improve the connection between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander fathers and their family (partner and children) to strengthen the family unit to increase resilience.
