The purpose of the position is to provide practice support within a number of Mulungu Family Support Service programs to monitor the quality of services provided to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families through providing proficient knowledge, developing practice skills and knowledge, monitoring and facilitating practice standards, progressing ongoing practice improvement and participating in complex matters as necessary. The Practice Support officer will be responsible for receipt of all referrals submitted to Family Support Service programs, follow up and tabling of referrals at intake meetings and responding to referring individuals/organisations upon allocation of referral.
